Creating representative cyber security workforce

Women currently make up roughly 24 percent of the cybersecurity workforce worldwide and while this is an undoubted improvement on the rather dismal 11 percent reported in 2013, we still have a long way to go in reducing gender disparity. Looking at the c-suite, the picture is decisively less inspiring with a steady reduction in female representation across the most senior roles since 1984.
