Samrah Kazmi is the Chief Innovation Officer at RESRG, a Corporate Innovation Risk advisory and the former CISO and co-founder of Maiden Century, Inc., an alternative data platform. She is an award-winning Risk Executive and a Top RegTech Influencer. Samrah has spent two and a half decades in risk and security leadership roles at Wells Fargo, New York Stock Exchange and GE Capital. She now functions as a trusted advisor to boards and C-suite on Compliance, Risk & Cybersecurity. She also builds cyber-resilience frameworks for financial institutions of all sizes and assists Regtech startups with their product and go-to-market strategies. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Journalism, and an MBA in Finance, Samrah also holds certifications in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard, Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley and Corporate Innovation & Fintech from MIT.
