Kathleen J. Hyde is Chair, Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics Programs, and Assistant Professor at Champlain College Online, owns a Cybersecurity/Information Technology consulting firm and blogs at www.thecyberchair.com. She teaches information security courses at the graduate level and has developed multiple courses on a variety of cybersecurity, digital forensics and risk management topics. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science, Computer Information Systems. She began her career in IT as a field service technician in the mid 1990's after having been a news reporter and investigative journalist for a number of years.
