Serge is an accomplished digital technology leader and enterprise architect with broad experience across Asia Pacific, A/NZ, US and Europe. Having started his career as a developer, Serge has a great appreciation for software engineering community and he always strives to bridge the gap between enterprise & business architecture and the real-world implementations. Before pivoting his career to enterprise architecture, Serge co-founded and played key leadership roles in two startups and worked for major financial services and consulting firms. He is a passionate advocate and practitioner of Design Thinking and Lean Enterprise. Serge currently resides in Hong Kong with his wife and daughter and enjoys hiking and diving in his spare time.
