Dan Roelink is the director of enterprise architecture for digital.nsw in the department of customer service. Dan runs the EA function as a multi-disciplinary team merging the best of digital & traditional enterprise architecture.

His team led the development of the NSW Customer & Digital strategy released in November 2019 and assisted in the establishment of a digital fund to accelerate digital products, services & ways of working, a first of its kind in Australia.

With a focus on increasing digital capability, reducing duplication and improved customer experience, his team successfully achieved agreement of the top 10 cross government digital products & services.

Daniel is now testing converged digital & EA frameworks to break down large complex government programs & legacy systems into smaller lower risk & quicker return of value business services.
