Eugene Lim

Eugene Lim is a Cybersecurity Specialist at GovTech Singapore and participates actively in the security research community. From Amazon to Zoom, he has helped secure applications from a range of vulnerabilities and was 1 of 5 selected from a pool of 1 million white hat hackers for the HackerOne H1-Elite Hall of Fame.

In 2021, he led research on AI-powered phishing that his team presented at Black Hat USA and DEF CON. He joined the industry-led Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee which supported the development of AI standards and published Technical Reference 99:2021 on assessing and defending against AI security threats. He continues to research and advise on the evolving AI security landscape.
