Sergio Sarinana

Advisor Systems Engineer General Dynamics

Sergio Sarinana is an employee of General Dynamics, where he leads the cross-business unit Mobility Working Group. Working across all GD companies, he has helped the company expand and transform its mobility strategy. Sergio has been in the IT and mobility sector for 16 years. This year, he has led the company in addressing the challenges from the pandemic as the majority of the workforce has become remote. Sergio has worked with many Federal agencies in support of mobility initiatives including the Department of State, the White House, and the US Senate. He worked closely with Apple and Federal agencies to develop the iOS and MacOS STIG guidelines. He is an author for mobility best practices at the Center for Internet Security (CIS) and a board member of the Army ROTC program for the University of Arizona. In his personal life, Sergio enjoys traveling, hiking and outdoor activities.
