Fredrik Forslund serves as Vice President, Enterprise & Cloud Erasure Solutions for Blancco. He is also a member of the global leadership team. Bringing 20 years of industry experience and contacts, he previously founded SafeIT Security in Sweden, a security software company now a part of the Blancco Technology Group.

With a keen eye for streamlining corporate IT security efficiencies and maintaining compliance with data privacy legislation, he is often regarded as a trusted advisor among both government and enterprise customers. Prior to joining SafeIT and joining Blancco, he served as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Having lived and worked in more than 50 countries around the world, Forslund understands the operational, financial and cultural nuances of driving global business growth. When he's not guiding customers through data erasure best practices, he can be found speaking at industry conferences such as the Cloud Expo Europe, Singapore Govware and the Annual Information Security Summit in India.
