With the risks associated with cyber-crime increasing day by day, the EU is implementing DORA, to help create operational resilience within financial institutions and protect critical financial services. This includes implementing many cyber protocols within their business, ensuring regular security audits and embrace incident reporting.

Whilst much of this work needs to be completed by technical teams, compliance leadership have a critical role to play here. This session will give an outline to DORA itself, whilst also offering an experience-based examination of the critical role compliance have in ensuring it is implemented correctly, how to drive buy-in and support from senior management, and how to ensure company-wide adoption of its requirements
